Robert Few has over 30 years of industry experience. He started his career with King Central as an alarm dispatcher in 1990 and rose through the ranks within the organization. He developed and launched Morlyn Financial Group, LLC—the finance, acquisition and lending arm of King, which grew to become one of the longest running Dealer Financial & Acquisition Programs in the security industry. From Morlyn, Robert moved back to King and was promoted to Vice President of Criticom International.
During his tenure as Vice President he oversaw three monitoring centers, managed over 350 employees, grew the operation from 350,000 accounts to over 800,000, all while increasing and maintaining the operational service levels. In 2011, Few joined Time Warner Cable-IntelligentHome where he built a compliance team to support the rollout of security services across 28 states. Along with his role in regulatory affairs, Robert also managed the sales to installation process as well as customer retention and the subscriber lifecycle.
Robert was also recognized as one of the Top 20 under 40 by SSN and in 2017 he received the prestigious Sara E. Jackson Memorial Award from the Electronic Security Association.

Shannon Few is a Partner of The Connection Xchange and serves as the Executive Director for the Alarm Association of Florida. Previously Shannon was the Director of Sales, National Accounts at Snap One, a global publicly traded company, where she was responsible for leading the efforts to win and expand relationships with large, multi-location customers.
Few has over 20 years of executive management, sales, and marketing experience in the security/smart home/IOT industries. Prior to Snap One, she was Vice President of Sales & Marketing at the Electronic Security Association (ESA) where she was responsible for achieving the association’s revenue goals, managing all MarCom/PR efforts, events, and special projects. Prior to ESA, she served as VP of Business Development for AE Ventures where she led sales and growth of the Electronic Security Expo (ESX), Electronic Security Integrators Forum and the CE Pro 100 Summit. She also held various roles at EH Publishing across many events and publications including the Electronic House Expos, CE Pro Magazine, TecHome Builder Magazine, the CEDIA Daily and more.
Few earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and an MBA in Marketing from Bentley University. She lives in Taylors, SC and loves spending quality time and creating memorable experiences with her husband, four children, and their animals. Few is passionate about bolding inspiring positive impacts with every interaction.
